I noticed some in the comments tended to trend towards negativity in their responses. I would hazard to say that a good majority of developers have self-taught in some way and at some point. Inexperience is relative to some other person with more experience - so if I may infer a deeper purpose for this article, it is to encourage developers to grow beyond these hang-ups. I personally agree wholeheartedly with the aversion to staying on one stack and within a “comfort zone”. Being forced out of my own comfort zone allowed me to grow quickly early on!
